Look no further!!! You will be so happy that you found Duane!! My husband is a small business owner and wasn't able to qualify for a traditional loan due to itemizing business expenses and his adjusted gross income. I was researching for bank statement loans in Virginia and was lucky enough to have found Duane!! He has been a miracle worker since day 1. I reached out to him and explained the situation. He told me that if he couldn't get my husband approved than no one can! He's very knowledgeable and keeps you in the loop about everything. He never sleeps, he's up all day and night working!
